The first 3 months were a disaster. My site was constantly unavailable and customer support could not give me a satisfactory answer why. Was it somebody overloading the server, or was it a hardware problem? The fact that nobody would give me a straight answer was frustrating and led me to lose some trust. Over the past 2 months I have noticed the reliability of the server I am on has significantly improved. Maybe they kicked off somebody who was overloading the server.. who knows.
