    I have used Bluehost for about 6 months. The first 3 months were a disaster. My site was constantly unavailable and customer support could not give me a satisfactory answer why. Was it somebody overloading the server, or was it a hardware problem? The fact that nobody would give me a straight answer was frustrating and led me to lose some trust. Over the past 2 months I have noticed the reliability of the server I am on has significantly improved. Maybe they kicked off somebody who was overloading the server.. who knows. Due to the improvements I will bump my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars. I’ll report back in a few months and update you on how things are going.
